Last Updated: July 24, 2026
Welcome to KorrectFund. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern KorrectFund's relationship with you in relation to this website.
1. Acceptance of Terms
The services KorrectFund provides to you are subject to the following Terms of Use ("TOU"). KorrectFund reserves the right to update the TOU at any time without notice to you. The most current version of the TOU can be reviewed by clicking on the "Terms of Use" hypertext link located at the bottom of our Web pages.
2. Description of Services
KorrectFund provides users with access to financial proof services, including Proof of Funds (POF) and Port Of Entry (POE) support. You understand and agree that the Services are provided "AS-IS" and that KorrectFund assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.
3. Use of Services
As a condition of your use of the Services, you will not use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any KorrectFund server, or the network(s) connected to any KorrectFund server.
4. Financial Responsibility
Users are responsible for the accurate provision of bank details and travel itinerary. KorrectFund is not liable for any delays caused by third-party banking institutions or incorrect information provided by the user.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of financial disbursement and the liquidity involved, all service fees are non-refundable once the funding process has been been completed. If your visa is approved before your next renewal, do not renew and it will automatically end the contract.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall KorrectFund be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability.
